Starting in March, players get to have a say in what is being played at gamigo!

gamigo will soon for the very first time invite interested players not only to take a look behind the scenes of one of Europe’s leading gaming companies, but also to contribute and help with detecting upcoming trends.

Focusgroup-test

The “application” does not take more than a quick registration and the participation in an online survey of about 3-4 minutes. As the survey’s aim is to find the perfect testers for different titles, the questions are mainly concerning the applicants gaming habits and preferences.

Based on these preferences, the new titles will be assigned to the testers. If the number of applicants should exceed the number of test slots available, the testers will be chosen by lot. gamigo will provide catering and an inspiring atmosphere, not to mention the necessary high-end hardware. All the testers have to do is organize their trip to the gamigo offices and bring along a burning interest for brand-new online games.

All applicants must be at least 18 years old. gamigo is looking forward to the valuable comments and feedback from the very people the company has been developing and publishing games for in the last 15 years: its players! The project starts on March 10 and future test sessions are planned at least once every month.

Background: the requirements excellent MMOs like Fiesta Online or Last Chaos have to meet to be able to excite players for a long time have grown constantly over the past years. Detecting new trends and satisfying the players’ needs have thus become central challenges that gamigo is determined to keep taking on successfully.
