gamigo acquires Russian license to Last Chaos MMORPG

Today, gamigo, a publisher and distributor of free-to-play massively multiplayer online games (MMOGs), announced that gamigo AG has took over all the licensing rights and the customer base of the Russian market for the online game Last Chaos from Mail.ru Games. The game operation of four active servers will be imported and can be accessed via the gamigo.com portal.

“We were already able to enjoy considerable success with Last Chaos in Europe. Now we also want to win over the Russian market”, stated Jens Knauber (Unit Director Games). “We are very proud to say that with this acquisition, gamigo will already have its 10th Last Chaos license.”

The Russian-language version of MMORPG Last Chaos, developed by Barunson, is fully playable in the Cyrillic script and with Russian in-game speech.

The parties agreed to keep the detailed contract terms and the purchasing price confidential.

Last Chaos is a free-to-play, 3D multiplayer fantasy role-playing game that is playable online. After an epic battle among the gods, anarchy, terror and chaos reign over the world of Iris.
