gamigo takes over the North America license for Last Chaos MMORPG

gamigo (, one of the leading online game publishers, is officially announcing today that the gamigo Inc., a 100% subsidiary of gamigo AG, has acquired all licensing rights for the online game Last Chaos in North America, as well as its customer base, from Aeria Games. The gaming operations were taken over yesterday.

“We set a clear sign for growth by acquiring the North American license for Last Chaos right before the end of the year,” says Remco Westermann, CEO of gamigo AG. “We were already able to celebrate considerable success with this game in Europe. By expanding our portfolio, we’re giving our still young location in San Francisco the best position to start into the new year.”

The conditions will not be disclosed.

Last Chaos is a free-to-play online multiplayer 3D fantasy roleplaying game. After an epic battle among the gods, anarchy, terror and chaos are reigning over the world of Iris. Players are fighting for dominance in this scenario. Alliances are being forged or broken and betrayal, greed and retaliation are nothing uncommon.
