The gamigo group, one of the leading gaming companies in Europe and North America, will be presenting its new offering \u201cGaming as a Service\u201d (GaaS) exclusively, first time at this year\u2019s Game Developers Conference (GDC, untill March 6th, 2015) in San Francisco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

gamigo-GaaS will offer developers worldwide the possibility of publishing games in a cost-effective yet independent manner via the use of powerful technology and service modules.gamigo herewith offers a tailor-made solution for all publishing processes. The individually selectable modules offer a holistic foundation for the technical infrastructure of projects, providing back-end solutions, reliably handling and interfacing of payment systems, reporting interfaces and also providing efficient customer support. For gamigo, the opening of its platform to third parties via gamigo-GaaS means generating additional revenues as well as better cost efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the market launch of \u201cGaming as a Service\u201d, the gamigo group offersa GaaS publishing package valued at USD$ 250,000 at the GDC 2015. The gamigo group had a good start into the business year 2015. By increasing its stake in the Berlin-based Piraya Mobile GmbH from 49% to 100%, the gamigo group has further increased its focus on its mobile gaming activities. The engagement into various mobile activities has been started in in 2014 through the acquisition of the now fully-integrated INTENTIUM GmbH with its cross-platform titles \u201cThe Rats Online\u201d and \u201cBonga Online\u201d. In addition, gamigo-GaaS also offers very promising future prospects for the mobile gaming activities. For 2015 and the coming years, the gamigo group also plans to make its portals available on mobile devices, as well as publish additional games applications for mobile operating systems (iOS, Android).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Furthermore, the titles \u201cWickie Online\u201d, \u201cGardens 3\u201d and \u201cGeneral War\u201d, which were released in the fourth quarter of 2014, are developing well. The portals www.deutschland-spielt.de<\/a> and www.gamigo.com<\/a> were optimized with numerous improvements and also support further revenue growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Dutch-based company Consulta B.V. will be taking over the affiliate marketing activities of the gamigo group\u2019s full subsidiary gamigo Advertising GmbH with effect from April 1st <\/sup>2015 and will continue these activities under the name CPA.cash<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Further growth perspectives for 2015 are based on organic growth, our new gamigo-GaaS offering as well as through our portals, future game releases and further acquisitions\u201d, says Remco Westermann, member of the executive board at gamigo AG.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
